Dr. Wynn Earle, Jr. is a native Memphian employed by the Memphis Shelby County School District as the principal of Kingsbury Elementary School. He is a graduate of Overton High School, the University of Memphis, and Union University, where he earned a Doctor of Education Degree in Instructional Leadership. In 2022, Earle authored the book Early African American Schools in Memphis. He is an avid reader of most things Memphis and a collector of vintage and rare books, photographs, and ephemera documenting academic life for African Americans locally and nationally.
